1-2-3 Beer Bread Recipe

1 can (12 oz.) beer – I use Shiner
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups self rising flour

Place in cold oven and turn on oven 350 degrees.
Bake 50 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
Remove from pan. Bread is done if it sounds hollow when tapped on bottom.
Cool on wire rack.
